Whatever look of bewilderment Bulba might have worn in face of the other Venusaur's apologies was very quickly overshadowed. No one could say Vinnie wasn't good at surprises at least. His heart had leapt a little at the suddenly much more intimate shift. Bulba's eyes fluttered shut and he let himself lean into the kiss, savoring the way it felt and the sweetness that came with it. This was nice.

When their lips finally parted he lingered close, breathing out a soft laugh against his cheek.

"You don't always have to apologize to do that."
